Minutes of ETH BOM Job Descriptions Subcommittee Meeting Held 1/18/2012
Attending: Margot Hall, Tom Long, Karen Pierce
Location: Old Courtroom, ETH
Meeting called to order at 7:10 pm
Topics addressed:
- Purpose of Edmond Town Hall: Relocation of government offices changed one of the functions of ETH, but the purpose, to serve the community remains unaltered. ETH is more than a historic landmark, it a part of Newtown’s cultural identity and a part of Mary Hawley’s legacy.
- Every aspect of ETH should reflect the pride we take in our role in the greater community
- Review existing documents marking the period prior to relocation of government agencies to the Municipal Center
- Daily Worksheets
- Job Descriptions
- Complied outline/ task inventory in alignment with activities and purpose
- Make certain job descriptions and designated responsibilities match the restructured used of the building and aligned with our role in the community…
- Discussed the need for input from all staff for the molding of new job descriptions.
- There were no items brought forward for vote.
- Subcommittee did agree to set aside the next several Tuesdays to meet.
- Meeting adjourned 9:15 Pm
